OrthoMolecular Products Vitamin K2 with D3 combines 45 mcg of MenaQ7® PRO — the most widely studied form of vitamin K2 as MK-7, backed by over 15 clinical trials — with 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 per capsule. Working synergistically, K2 activates osteocalcin to bind calcium to bone and activates matrix Gla protein (MGP) to inhibit circulatory calcification, while D3 enhances calcium absorption.
