Betaine HCl and Pepsin to Promote Optimal Stomach Acidity, Protein Digestion, and Nutrient Absorption‡

Thorne’s Betaine HCl & Pepsin (porcine source) supports optimal stomach acidity and protein digestion. HCl activates pepsinogen to pepsin, sterilizes the stomach against pathogens, inhibits undesirable small intestinal overgrowth, encourages bile and pancreatic enzyme flow, and facilitates absorption of folate, B12, vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Third-party tested and certified.
